comfortable bed quality toiletries chocolate wafers daily cleaning
The double bed provided really good comfort. toiletries included were of high quality. our room included tea, coffee. water and chocolate wafers. the room was cleaned daily. Staff replenished the tea and biscuits.
the carpet at the entrance seemed a bit dirty to me.

tram stop helpful staff hot tea
i found the location great, just a few minutes from a tram stop. the staff was really friendly and helpful! i appreciated the hot tea upon arrival. the room was clean and tidy.
The bathroom window was stuck open. It was a small thing though!

stuck window broken blind
the room had ample space and cleanliness met my standards.
the bathroom window would not close properly, it remained stuck open. the bathroom blind was also broken, remaining permanently shut. this caused a consistent banging noise at night due to wind, impacting sleep quality.

helpful staff spacious room dirty carpet basic room
The staff was helpful. They gave directions. The room was spacious. A fan was already in the room. This helped a lot during the warm weather.
The carpet was old. I saw it was dirty from the entrance to the stairs. The room decoration needs updating. This hotel is very basic.
